All required procedures for charging the lights were; and are; followed. I have previously submitted a safety management system report on this issue; and the procedures were changed to the current procedures. The procedures in place; however; are not effective and did not affect the light strips on the floor of the aisle at all.replace all photo strips or find new technology to replace them.
