Narrative:

During taxi; we had to sit on runway and wait for a thunderstorm to pass; the flight attendants in the back of aircraft had smelled a chemical/ hot electrical smell. Both were developing sinus headaches and raspy throats. I working 1st class therefore smelled nothing at that time. After my service and during descent; I went to the back of the aircraft as the girls had started to smell the chemical smell again. I walked to the back and could definitely smell it. Captain was advised. In ZZZ1; mechanics came onboard. One of the mechanics took the aircraft out of service. We were taken to the medical clinic for evaluation. Myself and flight attendant #2 were eventually released to deadhead home. Flight attendant #4 was kept for a breathing treatment and kept overnight. The next day she was deadheaded home.
