Narrative:
I am not satisfied with the findings and explanation of a very serious situation. My airplane was loaded with an 18135 lbs. Pallet over the nose. It was not supposed to have been loaded. The only fix I see is finger pointing as to who was wrong and nowhere do I see a prevention from it happening again. Outsourcing and communication on the part of [company] load planning caused this mistake. I would like something more done and a better explanation as to how we will prevent this from occurring again. The closure of the report does nothing but sweep it under a rug.
