Narrative:
The wire markers crossing housatonic river are 30 to 40 feet below older wires. Air photo shows markers below bridge deck visibly with older towers higher on older towers. Ground photos clearly show the wire markers lower than wires on higher wires. This has been reported previously! Lots of helicopter traffic in this area. Jsd heliport is 4 nm up river and bdr is 2 nm down river. Do we have to wait for an accident to fix this?
