Narrative:
I was working gate xx and wanted to start loading flight XXXX. I noticed the outbound bags were near the loader; so I pushed and positioned the cart near the belt. After loading the flight; the pilot told me that my cart bent the wick. I walked to the wing and noticed the rubber tip of my car bent the static wick. I then told my lead; which called the supervisor.
