Narrative:
I was working in hangar and was told to help move aircraft X and aircraft Y into [another] hangar. I was told there were no leads nor mechanics working in that hangar. Aircraft X was towed to the hangar first at around XA30hrs. Aircraft Y followed at around XB30hrs. While waiting for aircraft Y to arrive; I noticed a large area of prior lightning strikes; on the aircraft's right side; that had been repaired. While looking at the repairs; I was walking towards the right ram air door and pushed in on it. There's a prior fleet engineering directive on them and I knew we've been having many planes come into hangar with them bad. When I pushed on it; it moved inward; which meant it was bad. I checked the left side and it was good. A short while later aircraft Y was pulling up; so while we (the move team I was on) was waiting to receive the aircraft; I took a look at the ram air doors and found the right one bad on it too. After the aircraft was in the hangar; the move team [and I] all went back to our hangar. I waited a short time for a computer to become available so I could look up to see if the ram air doors on the two aircraft weren't already written up. Once I learned that there wasn't any open log pages on them; I decided to write them up. After I wrote them up; I went back to my work assignments. I was waiting for an eec (electronic engine controller) to arrive to install it on the aircraft in hangar. About an hour later; I was approached by my supervisor and asked about my write-ups. I told him about them and he walked away. About 15 minutes later; he comes back up to me and tells me to go get started on my write-ups and so I got my tools and walked over to [other] hangar. I started working on aircraft X by filling out tags and removing panels. By this time it was shift change and the graveyard shift had come onto the floor and I gave my turnover to the mechanics working my write up. I went back to hangar to update my work I had just performed. A few minutes later supervisor came into the computer room telling me to go to [other] hangar to fill out a fact finding sheet. I told him that I was still signing my work off. He persisted for a few minutes to tell me to go. By this time it is getting close to the end of my shift so I told him I am not staying over; I will fill one out when I come back in to work. A few more minutes go by and shift manager comes blasting through the computer room door where I'm still updating my work performed and he starts yelling and badgering me to go next door and fill out that fact finding sheet! This went on for another minute until he tells me to give him my badges and he is going to punch me out. After another minute; I finish my updates and I am escorted by shift manager to [other[ hangar supervisor's office. Just prior to entering the office; union steward meets me and I briefly explain the situation to him. Union steward and I enter the office where shift manager then leaves and I am met with a barrage of questions and allegations from supervisor and [another] supervisor ([other] hangar supervisor) about my write-ups. After the fact finding sheet was completed; I walked over to hangar and washed up and went home.

Title: Technician reported that after checking several aircraft; he found them to have malfunctioning RH ram air door actuators requiring replacement and made logbook entries; after which Company Management berated him for doing so.
