Narrative:
Incident occurred upon touch down; one of the galley carts from back of the plane came loose and hit one of the mechanics that was sitting in his seat (1G I believe). Hit him on his right arm. After hitting him it hit the forward bulkhead and ripped it off its hinges; causing excessive damage to the aircraft bulk cargo. Also we had to call emergency rescue. We found out that the mechanic was hurt when one of the flight attendants came and told us to call an ambulance. The landing was nice and smooth; we don't know what caused the cart to come loose.
