Narrative:
The lrp sector at ZNY sector #26 has paired frequency of 132.50 and 322.50 the sector has many spc's inbound to several fields including nxx, nel, aow, and wri. For some unknown reason spc's aircraft on 132.5, the center can hear the aircraft call but say we are breaking up. When they switch to 322.5 we cannot hear them at all. During this time I also had an fgt who had no problem with 322.5 and an mlt who checked both 132.5 and 322.5 and had no problem with either frequency. This problem arises with all sfc aircraft to a varying degree, we assume it has something to do with the antenna confign on these planes.

Title: ARTCC RADAR CTLR HAD PROBLEMS WITH COMS WITH SPC MILITARY ACFT.
Narrative: THE LRP SECTOR AT ZNY SECTOR #26 HAS PAIRED FREQ OF 132.50 AND 322.50 THE SECTOR HAS MANY SPC'S INBND TO SEVERAL FIELDS INCLUDING NXX, NEL, AOW, AND WRI. FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON SPC'S ACFT ON 132.5, THE CTR CAN HEAR THE ACFT CALL BUT SAY WE ARE BREAKING UP. WHEN THEY SWITCH TO 322.5 WE CANNOT HEAR THEM AT ALL. DURING THIS TIME I ALSO HAD AN FGT WHO HAD NO PROB WITH 322.5 AND AN MLT WHO CHKED BOTH 132.5 AND 322.5 AND HAD NO PROB WITH EITHER FREQ. THIS PROB ARISES WITH ALL SFC ACFT TO A VARYING DEG, WE ASSUME IT HAS SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE ANTENNA CONFIGN ON THESE PLANES.
