Narrative:
Lighted taxiway signs A-5 and A-6 on the east side of the approach end of runway 11L obscure a portion of the PAPI lighting system when on approach at night. If there was any additional obscuration of the airfield/runway due to weather or dust; it would be difficult to accurately follow the visual cues provided by the PAPI lighting system.
