Narrative:
Tower instructed me to do a short approach because there is another airplane on four mile final. During the landing roll out; I used maximum braking in an attempt exit the runway at H3. I realized that the airplane was skidding; so I released the brake. The left main tire went flat. I informed the tower of my situation and waited for the emergency personal and [FBO] air ramp personal. After they arrived all the passengers got off the plane and off of the runway and drove back to the gate. I waited for the maintenance and then they changed the left main tire; we taxi out of the runway 10 to the [FBO] air hangar for the inspection.
