Narrative:
ARTS 3.04 was put into operation. We as controllers are getting many false conflict alerts. The psychological effect of these is immeasurable. The workload to investigate every alert is cumbersome. If I elect to determine alert is invalid and later is somehow determined valid or supervisor decides to process as a failure to report a conflict alert, it would definitely affect my career progression by going into my personnel folder.
