Narrative:
Ramp lead loaded a piece of freight labeled with 'dry ice' without being manifested or marked dg on the load plan. Ramp lead failed to inform clp (central load planning) or supv [supervisor] of discrepancy and pushed the airplane out of the gate then called clp for help. This action caused airplane to return to gate to remove freight piece and took over 1:30hr of delay.

Narrative: Ramp Lead loaded a piece of freight labeled with 'Dry Ice' without being manifested or marked DG on the Load Plan.
