Narrative:
During takeoff the aircraft was unusually nose heavy. Takeoff was completed west/O incident. A few mins after takeoff we received a revised load closeout from out company. If we had crashed on takeoff, we would never have known about the revision. Contributing factors: our company's ground personnel are put under severe pressure to keep operations on time. This flight was running late. We were only on the ground for 24 mins at fll. During that time, the aircraft was unloaded, reloaded, reboarded (with new passenger) and refueled. Ground personnel think weight and balance is unimportant after all, they see aircraft takeoff west/O incident time after time, even when they know they're loaded improperly. This simply reinforces their belief that pilots are making a big deal over nothing when we insist on correct load #south. We need to educate these people before their carelessness causes an accident.

Title: ACFT NOSE HEAVY ON TKOF. AFTER AIRBORNE CREW RECEIVES A REVISED LOAD MANIFEST.
Narrative: DURING TKOF THE ACFT WAS UNUSUALLY NOSE HVY. TKOF WAS COMPLETED W/O INCIDENT. A FEW MINS AFTER TKOF WE RECEIVED A REVISED LOAD CLOSEOUT FROM OUT COMPANY. IF WE HAD CRASHED ON TKOF, WE WOULD NEVER HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THE REVISION. CONTRIBUTING FACTORS: OUR COMPANY'S GND PERSONNEL ARE PUT UNDER SEVERE PRESSURE TO KEEP OPS ON TIME. THIS FLT WAS RUNNING LATE. WE WERE ONLY ON THE GND FOR 24 MINS AT FLL. DURING THAT TIME, THE ACFT WAS UNLOADED, RELOADED, REBOARDED (WITH NEW PAX) AND REFUELED. GND PERSONNEL THINK WT AND BAL IS UNIMPORTANT AFTER ALL, THEY SEE ACFT TKOF W/O INCIDENT TIME AFTER TIME, EVEN WHEN THEY KNOW THEY'RE LOADED IMPROPERLY. THIS SIMPLY REINFORCES THEIR BELIEF THAT PLTS ARE MAKING A BIG DEAL OVER NOTHING WHEN WE INSIST ON CORRECT LOAD #S. WE NEED TO EDUCATE THESE PEOPLE BEFORE THEIR CARELESSNESS CAUSES AN ACCIDENT.
