Narrative:
On a routine scheduled flight from austin to houston, as we began the takeoff roll, the takeoff warning horn sounded. The takeoff was aborted immediately with maximum speed of 40 KTS being reached. After safely departing the runway it was determined the aircraft was properly configured ie, stabilizer trim in green, flaps 5, speed brake up led's were all in proper position. Maintenance cycled flaps/speed brake removed power from aircraft. Engine runup at gate checked good. Flight proceeded west/O further incident.

Title: ACR LGT TKOF ABORT WHEN WARNING HORN SOUNDED AT LOW SPEED. RETURNED TO BLOCKS WHERE MAINTENANCE CYCLED THE SYSTEMS UNDER THE WARNING HORN AND PROBLEM COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED.
