Departed pbi to east northeast. During enroute climb in low FL200's encountered strong wake turbulence from aircraft Y in front of us and also climbing. ATC was advised. Passenger was injured from hot coffee burn.

Title: A320 Captain reported a passenger suffered a burn from spilled coffee during a wake turbulence encounter departing PBI in trail of a Widebody Transport.
Narrative: Departed PBI to east northeast. During enroute climb in low FL200's encountered strong wake turbulence from Aircraft Y in front of us and also climbing. ATC was advised. Passenger was injured from hot coffee burn.
