Detection and prevention technologies with data collection and education for all invested parties. Tricesylphosphate hydrocarbon and organophosphates are extremely toxic and dangerous and should not under any circumstances be underestimated as these are neurotoxins.a retrofit to use only electric packs would completely eliminate this horrific issue altogether.

Title: A319 flight crew reported a fumes event shortly after takeoff. Crew executed an uneventful return to departure airport.
