Narrative:
After engines stable and hitting toga (takeoff go-around) both power levers came up evenly; then about 2 seconds later at 20 kts or less the tiller pulled hard to the left and I was not able to control it with force or right rudder steering I aborted the takeoff and regained control at low speed. Maintenance examined the tiller.

Title: B737-800 Captain reported a nose wheel steering anomaly during takeoff.
