Narrative:
Ferry flight from ZZZ to ZZZ1. After takeoff from ZZZ; I retracted the gear and tapped the brakes to stop the wheel rotation. I did not realize that the left caliper had stuck and had locked the wheel at this time. Upon landing at ZZZ1 on runway 13 the left brake caliper was locked up and would not release. This caused the aircraft to start to skid sideways to the left and ultimately finished with a slow ground loop. There was zero damage to the aircraft; and after stopping I tapped the brakes a couple times and the left caliper released. Upon inspection; it was noted that the caliper had some corrosion and did not retract to release the left brake.
