Narrative:
Aircraft was in ZZZ for a few days with an engine issue. Was repaired and we dead headed up to fly to ZZZ1. Operations folks drove us to jet. 100 ft. Away; an obvious puddle was on ramp and it was suspected to be fuel. Fuel was observed streaming from a weep hole on the inner left wing. Mrm (maintenance resource management) entered and [technical support maintenance control] contacted. Plane was placed out of service with a fuel leak.
