Narrative:
All widebody transport this type aircraft. I have been on this aircraft for 1 yr and it has never been reliable for VOR 21R approachs. When checking with ground or tower always our aircraft was the only unreliable one. This has been written up repeatedly and has not been corrected. Callback conversation with reporter revealed the following: after repeated letters and log book write-ups to the company the problem seems to have been corrected.
