Smoke and electrical smell; immediate deplaning; one crew member stepped off the plane to assist with getting the flow of people moving. Better communication with the gate agent to let them know the people needed to exit the plane as soon as possible. Flight attendants were directing people out; agent was directing people back on.

Title: B777-200 Flight Attendant reported executing a deplaning of passengers during boarding due to smoke and fumes in passenger cabin.
