Narrative:
I was asked to ship out a tool from ZZZ to ZZZ1. I located the tool and began the process. During the process I failed to identify that the tool was a hazardous tool and shipped the tool to ZZZ1 without declaring the tool hazmat. One of the reasons I failed to identify the tool was hazardous was because I was beginning to develop a fever that afternoon which was making me feel drowsy. Moving forward I will monitor the items being shipped out closely to make sure this error does not happen again.
