Narrative:
After being cleared to takeoff on runway xxl at ZZZ; the student and I verified that the airspeed was alive and the engine instruments are in the green. Everything was going as plan during the takeoff role and during rotation as well. Then at 300 feet. I felt a reduction of power I thought the student reduced power accidentally my reaction was to push the throttle full forward but it was already full forward. Then right after the was strong vibrations from the engine after that I complete control of the aircraft and I told ATC I would like to land back on runway xxl due to partial power loss. Then ATC canceled IFR and cleared me to land on xxl. After I landed I went back to the FBO.
