Narrative:
About to begin our descent when I heard a loud roaring of wind in the back of the aircraft seemingly from the aft galley door. I stood up; even though it was really scary; to see if I felt air around the door and I didn't feel anything but the sound was really loud. I sat down and was about to call up front. I looked up and saw all the masks had fallen so I picked up the phone to hear a flight attendant and the captain talking. I couldn't understand what they were saying because there was so much noise. I called back up to speak to a flight attendant and again it was hard to hear from the sound in the back of the aircraft. He said we were beginning our descent and understood the captain to say to leave the masks alone; the descent would be a fast one. He made an announcement that we were going to walk through and pick up trash really quick and that we would be landing soon. We were coming from ZZZ so there were many children and babies onboard and most were screaming because their ears were hurting. I was walking through as were a flight attendant and C flight attendant to make sure passengers were ok. They seemed fairly calm considering and they were consoling their children; etc. I was feeling very lightheaded as I walked through so I had to make it really quick as I felt like I was going to faint. I also had a very bad headache on the right side of my temple area. We landed and all was good. No emergency vehicles were needed. I want to point out that we were delayed in ZZZ because of a mechanical. I would very much like to know what that mechanical was related to as the captain seemed to think it was something from the cargo area; possibly a crack or something not sealed well.I left the aircraft feeling faint and with a severe headache on the right side temple area. [Supervisor] called me that night and advised that I should drink lots of fluid; take a warm shower and try to get some sleep. I did the above and still woke up with the same headache and also pretty bad joint pain especially in my elbows even though I hadn't hit anything or fallen at all. I was feeling like it possibly came from being tied up in knots all night and was just stressed out. Supervisor seemed to think the joint pain and headache came from the decompression because those were some of the side effects.I ended up calling my base to be pulled from the trip that next morning. The lady who answered said supervisor was downstairs and that he would call me back but in the meantime; I should call crew scheduling and have them replace me. When supervisor called me back he told me to call leave and absence the next day and advise them to change the call out to a code he called XXX maybe because this would be a paid pull.

Title: B737-700 Flight Attendant reported a pressurization problem during descent that caused oxygen masks to deploy.
Narrative: About to begin our descent when I heard a loud roaring of wind in the back of the aircraft seemingly from the aft galley door.
