Narrative:
During the climb the first officer reported that the airplane 'wanted' to roll left. A couple of minutes later I observed that the left inboard roll spoiler was rapidly and intermittently moving between fully retracted and partially extended. Up to about one quarter scale full deflection. No caution lights were illuminated. After leveling off at 14;000 ft.; the spoiler remained fully retracted. At this point; we were about halfway to our destination; so we elected to continue to our destination. I advised dispatch and maintenance.
