Narrative:
When the PF (pilot flying) called 'set flaps up maneuvering speed' the pm (pilot monitoring) reached for the flap handle initially then went to the MCP. The 'set flaps up' part of the call seems to cause this improper action during high workload. 'Set flaps up' should be removed from the call. The call could be changed to 'set clean maneuvering speed' or something similar.

Title: B737 Check Airman reported the aircraft checklist verbiage needs to be changed to avoid improper action.
