During he RNAV approach I lost GPS reception; that resulted in a autopilot disconnect or the disconnect was a result of the moderate to severe turbulence at the same time. As result I deviated from the approach course and altitudes. Potomac [approach] saw this and issued vectors; so I could try the approach again.
