Military pilot called FSS and requested NOTAMS for tlh. Was advised that there were no NOTAMS for tlh. However, there was an fdc NOTAM for tlh that was overlooked. It was in reference to the approach at tlh. Suggestion: inset asterisk at end of WX data to alert FSS controller that there is an fdc NOTAM for that facility.

Title: FSS CTLR FAILED TO PROPERLY BRIEF MIL PLT ABOUT CURRENT FDC NOTAMS.
Narrative: MIL PLT CALLED FSS AND REQUESTED NOTAMS FOR TLH. WAS ADVISED THAT THERE WERE NO NOTAMS FOR TLH. HOWEVER, THERE WAS AN FDC NOTAM FOR TLH THAT WAS OVERLOOKED. IT WAS IN REF TO THE APCH AT TLH. SUGGESTION: INSET ASTERISK AT END OF WX DATA TO ALERT FSS CTLR THAT THERE IS AN FDC NOTAM FOR THAT FAC.
