Narrative:
On walk around first officer found horizontal stabilizer hinge cover installed backwards. This is the second time in two days; on two different aircraft. The stabilizer hinge had torn through the cover. The first day flight (flight) ZZZ-ZZZ1 plane went to the hangar. Two days later flight (flight) ZZZ2-ZZZ3 four-hour delay for new cover to come in. Two times in three day!! First time by maintenance second time by the first officer. A little disconcerting! Check every aircraft we have.
