Narrative:
Windshear at cos on 3/sun/91. Winds reported on surface at 300/27 G37. Also on ATIS LLWS in effect. On final approach to runway 35 at 500', we had a 15 plus KT loss and at 100' we had a 15-20 KT gain. Kept what we had and landed. Power settings were not adjusted to chase the speed. We touched down at our target of reference plus 20 KTS. At 1500-2000' from the end, turned off at taxiway A1. Other than the previous described event, flight was uneventful. This report is being filed due to the fact we were the flight that took off just after air carrier flight crashed on final to runway 35 at cos. After we landed we notified cos tower of our windshear encounter. We blocked into gate at xa:05Z. We blocked out of cos on flight at xa:40Z. Wheels up time for den was xa:52Z. Air carrier flight crashed at approximately xa:47Z.
