Narrative:
Cruising at FL330, requesting climb to FL370. Cleared to FL370. Started climb and turn toward bae VOR 114.6 as per flight plan. At FL346 altitude TCAS went off, 'climb, climb.' we saw an airline's widebody transport at 211 O'clock and slightly above. We passed at same altitude FL350 and somewhere around 5 mi. Center gave us a heading away, however we were past widebody transport at that time.
