Narrative:
We were approaching mhh from the northeast and reported crossing the coast inbound and asked for traffic advisories and asked that all traffic in the area report their positions . There was an X behind us and x-female pilot reported approximately 15 mi out. We reported a half mi from the departure end of runway 27 and that we had Y in sight and it appeared that we would be number 1 to the field. She advised us that we would be if we kept our speed up. We established a downwind and base and made our reports and as we were turning base she asked how long we intended to fly downwind? Based on the gusty wind conditions and it's variable direction I thought it necessary to extend my downwind to establish myself on a longer than normal and determined what I could expect on short final and flare. We landed normal, I stopped shorter than normal to facilitate her and turned around to back taxi to the ramp area. I was taxiing faster than normal and looked up and she was on short final at about 200'. Our passengers were making comments and I couldn't believe it myself. There was no where to go other than the runway and she appeared to be planning to clear my tail and land over the top of me. I told her I didn't appreciate her alarming my passengers and I couldn't believe that she was landing when I was on the runway. She said I told you to keep your speed up and made some additional comments. I pulled off the runway as she touched down and the X pilot said I wondered who was going to give up the runway it looked like you were playing chicken. I couldn't believe it! I agreed and said that I didn't think that was safe or very professional. She came back on and said you shouldn't have gone so far downwind. I replied that she needed to fly her aircraft and I would fly mine. After deplaning the ground people were all shaking their heads and kind of smiling. I walked over to her after she had deplaned her passengers and asked her if she wanted to talk about what had happened? She replied that I had made myself perfectly clear how I felt on the radio and if you want to talk to anyone then call my chief pilot. I said look I just wanted to clear it up between us but if that's how you want to handle it then that's fine! You were wrong and unsafe and I know it and so do you! The only way this could have been avoided is for her to not have turned final when it was obvious that I was on the runway or was still going to be on the runway. We fly turboprop engines and they require 3 mins of cool down time when the propellers are brought to full reverse. Due to this and the loose gravel on the runways in the bahamas, I don't normally go to full reverse. However, in this instance I did and then expedited my back-taxi. She should have planned her turn to final to allow me to clear the runway.

Title: COMMUTER TYPE CAPT PROTESTS ANOTHER COMMUTER TYPE CAPT LNDG OVER HIS ACFT AS HE TAXIED BACK AND BEFORE HE VACATED THE RWY.
Narrative: WE WERE APCHING MHH FROM THE NE AND RPTED XING THE COAST INBND AND ASKED FOR TFC ADVISORIES AND ASKED THAT ALL TFC IN THE AREA RPT THEIR POSITIONS . THERE WAS AN X BEHIND US AND X-FEMALE PLT RPTED APPROX 15 MI OUT. WE RPTED A HALF MI FROM THE DEP END OF RWY 27 AND THAT WE HAD Y IN SIGHT AND IT APPEARED THAT WE WOULD BE NUMBER 1 TO THE FIELD. SHE ADVISED US THAT WE WOULD BE IF WE KEPT OUR SPD UP. WE ESTABLISHED A DOWNWIND AND BASE AND MADE OUR RPTS AND AS WE WERE TURNING BASE SHE ASKED HOW LONG WE INTENDED TO FLY DOWNWIND? OUR PAXS WERE MAKING COMMENTS AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT MYSELF. THERE WAS NO WHERE TO GO OTHER THAN THE RWY AND SHE APPEARED TO BE PLANNING TO CLR MY TAIL AND LAND OVER THE TOP OF ME. I TOLD HER I DIDN'T APPRECIATE HER ALARMING MY PAXS AND I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT SHE WAS LNDG WHEN I WAS ON THE RWY. SHE SAID I TOLD YOU TO KEEP YOUR SPD UP AND MADE SOME ADDITIONAL COMMENTS. I PULLED OFF THE RWY AS SHE TOUCHED DOWN AND THE X PLT SAID I WONDERED WHO WAS GOING TO GIVE UP THE RWY IT LOOKED LIKE YOU WERE PLAYING CHICKEN. I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT! I AGREED AND SAID THAT I DIDN'T THINK THAT WAS SAFE OR VERY PROFESSIONAL. SHE CAME BACK ON AND SAID YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE GONE SO FAR DOWNWIND. I REPLIED THAT SHE NEEDED TO FLY HER ACFT AND I WOULD FLY MINE. AFTER DEPLANING THE GND PEOPLE WERE ALL SHAKING THEIR HEADS AND KIND OF SMILING. I WALKED OVER TO HER AFTER SHE HAD DEPLANED HER PAXS AND ASKED HER IF SHE WANTED TO TALK ABOUT WHAT HAD HAPPENED? SHE REPLIED THAT I HAD MADE MYSELF PERFECTLY CLR HOW I FELT ON THE RADIO AND IF YOU WANT TO TALK TO ANYONE THEN CALL MY CHIEF PLT. I SAID LOOK I JUST WANTED TO CLR IT UP BTWN US BUT IF THAT'S HOW YOU WANT TO HANDLE IT THEN THAT'S FINE! YOU WERE WRONG AND UNSAFE AND I KNOW IT AND SO DO YOU! THE ONLY WAY THIS COULD HAVE BEEN AVOIDED IS FOR HER TO NOT HAVE TURNED FINAL WHEN IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT I WAS ON THE RWY OR WAS STILL GOING TO BE ON THE RWY. WE FLY TURBOPROP ENGS AND THEY REQUIRE 3 MINS OF COOL DOWN TIME WHEN THE PROPS ARE BROUGHT TO FULL REVERSE. DUE TO THIS AND THE LOOSE GRAVEL ON THE RWYS IN THE BAHAMAS, I DON'T NORMALLY GO TO FULL REVERSE. HOWEVER, IN THIS INSTANCE I DID AND THEN EXPEDITED MY BACK-TAXI. SHE SHOULD HAVE PLANNED HER TURN TO FINAL TO ALLOW ME TO CLR THE RWY.
