Narrative:
Autoplt drove trim to full nose down trim and then autoplt disconnected on altitude hold. Approximately 1 1/2-2 G neg noseover and dive recovered in 500-550'. Declared emergency, disabled autoplt, retrimmed aircraft and climbed back to assigned altitude. At this point cancelled emergency.
