Narrative:
En route mso to hln via V2, center asked if my transponder was working and I reset it tested ok but they were not receiving a signal. This was at 15000' between dru and mso about 30 out of dru (DME) at 5 DME my DME failed and VOR signal became intermittent. I turned at dru and proceed to hnl on V2 with still no transponder being received be center and an occasional flag on VOR. About half way VOR navigation became solid and center picked up my transponder. I was 6 mi north of course, but no conflict with any other airspace or traffic. Possible moisture problem in avionics as I was IMC in moisture. No further problems there after.
