Narrative:
Aircraft X was a ferry flight. An ACARS message was received saying that 48lb of aog (aircraft on ground parts) was loaded in the aircraft. The flight was finalized without showing the aog loaded on the aircraft. The weight information was invalidated until ZZZ stores have reentered the information in dstg (departure staging guide). While waiting for stores to reenter the information; ZZZ ramp decided to finalize the ramp information without knowing whether or not the aog part was loaded.
