Narrative:

Took off [and] landing gear failed to retract; all gear lights remaining illuminated; with no red light in gear handle. Handle was recycled once and returned to the down position. I elected to continue on to [destination]. Approach and landing were normal; touching down at about the 1000 foot point. Shortly after touchdown; the red light in the gear handle illuminated and the left main gear apparently collapsed. Aircraft departed the paved surface; turning left to a southwesterly heading. I shut off the engines and all electrical switches and exited the aircraft with no injuries.
