Narrative:
I was flying a bit above the niagara falls and I didn't understand the sightseeing tour described into the airport facility director, so I quit the tour and went back to the niagara falls airport. I asked someone at the how to fly that route, but he couldn't help me. I've been trying to do it again and again. I made the mistake of flying over the falls! P.T.O. I was en route from the salingsgrove VOR to the ravine VOR. I arrived faster than I thought and then turned to 160 degree right outbnd. This didn't work out too great, and now I don't know whether I was in R5802B. I think I was east of it, but I'm not sure. I contacted harrisburg approach. I was flying totally wrong. I think I even have been in the buf arsa again because I went too far south after flying over niagara falls airfield. I followed the water and flew around the big island. I shouldn't have done that. I thought that that was the island pictured in the airport facility directory.
