Narrative:

During the late afternoon of date; a personal flight was conducted to practice pattern work. During the flight a change to fly under the 1500 shelf of class B was conducted at 1300 ft. A CFI who was sitting in right seat then took control of the aircraft and proceeded under the bravo to his ex-girlfriend's home. He then proceeded to fly over and conduct low altitude passes in a hazardous attitude and extremely low altitude. He performed 3 passes over her home while she and her family took video. I did not realize the extent of his intentions and expressed how he was breaking FAA regulations. I told him that he was way lower than he realizes and how we were in danger of hitting the tree tops with the landing gear. I told him it appeared we were close to 100 ft AGL. He told me to shut up. At this point I immediately took control of the plane and immediately climbed to 1300 ft and forcibly expressed that we were heading back to the airport to land. The base airport was only about 5 miles away. When I made my call to traffic pattern; ground service notified us on unicom that they were receiving calls. I landed without incident and informed several people on the ground as they were asking what happened. He responded by text that he was the pilot and PIC during the flight. Several days later; I discovered that the CFI had filed a NASA report and lied about the incident. He claimed that he was in dual flight instruction and that his student dropped low in altitude while performing turns around a point. The CFI's report is completely fictitious and are lies to cover up his poor judgment and clearly; his poor character. I then notified the airport manager of the incident and have had discussions with the head flight instructor regarding the details of the CFI's actions. Based on the head flight instructor's recommendations; I have scheduled additional ground training time with the head flight instructor to further review far aim 91 information particularly involving minimum altitudes to demonstrate that I am doing everything I can to be a safe and responsible pilot. I do this willingly despite not being the pilot responsible for the dangerous flight conducted by the CFI who was PIC at the time. CFI's should be the absolute cornerstone of safety and education. This type of hazardous attitude is unacceptable in any situation let alone a densely populated area. The CFI should be held accountable.
