Narrative:
Recently the power company has installed new power-line poles in close proximity to the drop zone. The new poles are taller and pose a great safety risk to landing and departing air traffic at the airport as well as skydivers. They are maybe 200 feet off the threshold and are extremely dangerous on hot days as well as all approaches. The power line company said they had notified the proper people at the FAA and the FAA deemed it not necessary to notify the drop zone/airport management.
