Narrative:
I was the D flight attendant. My jumpseat is 1D. Both 1A & 1C were occupied. There was also a pet at their feet. The passenger in 1C would not wear a mask. He was coughing. I politely offered him one of our disposable masks but he refused. All other rows in fc had 2 people in each row; so we could not move him and his pet to another seat. For future reference I am wondering if 1C is occupied and the person won't wear a mask could I as the D flight attendant occupy 1F so they don't cough on me again?
