Narrative:
Flight attendant (flight attendant) identified in flight that the aft lavatories O2 mask doors had the security seal improperly fixed. The seals could have prevented deployment of the O2 masks. The forward lavatory was MEL'd out of service. With approximately 45 minutes flight time; the captain elected to leave only one aft lavatory open. First officer (first officer) concurred. Maintenance contacted after landing.
