Narrative:
During these irregular operations (covid-19); aircraft are parked in places they normally would not be; congestion is the norm; where aircraft have to be maneuvered around obstacles; usually other aircraft. When dispatched to move aircraft X that had aircraft Y behind it; despite an exceedingly cautious operation to ensure the safety of both aircraft and all personnel; an equipment failure led to aircraft X being pushed into aircraft Y.
