Narrative:
The south end of taxiway alpha at fai in the holding area for aircraft awaiting departure has a dead spot when aircraft cannot transmit to tower because fai tower cannot receive the aircraft xmissions. Some day an aircraft will have or see an emergency that cannot be transmitted to tower because of this a 'dead spot.' it seems hard to believe this condition cannot be corrected before it results in a problem.
