Another example of a database entry error which is transparent to the dispatcher. These errors continue to go unchecked and make their way into actual flight operations because the FAA (poi) is ineffective and the carriers separate authority and control from responsibility. Title: ANOTHER COMPLAINT ABOUT A COMPUTER PROGRAMMER ERROR.
Narrative: ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A DATABASE ENTRY ERROR WHICH IS TRANSPARENT TO THE DISPATCHER. THESE ERRORS CONTINUE TO GO UNCHECKED AND MAKE THEIR WAY INTO ACTUAL FLT OPS BECAUSE THE FAA (POI) IS INEFFECTIVE AND THE CARRIERS SEPARATE AUTHORITY AND CTL FROM RESPONSIBILITY.
