Narrative:
We were cleared for a straight-in approach to runway 12 'report leaving the bog VOR.' as we swung the VOR, bog approach called and said, 'observe you leaving the VOR, call tower.' tower instructed us to continue. Later bog tower cleared us to land. Both calls referred to us as air carrier xxy even though we were XXX. I made sure that the first officer read back air carrier XXX. During rollout, bog tower repeated the same question several times. We were unable to understand the question due to a language problem. After leaving the runway, a jumpseat rider (native of columbia and a native pilot) indicated that the tower wanted to know if we were having radio problems. During the ensuing converation, I taxied approximately 500' at a very slow rate. I finally had the first officer ask the tower if we were cleared to ground control. The answer was yes. Upon ground control contact, a list of accusations was relayed to us. We had not reported leaving the bog VOR (approach had called us we were swinging the VOR). We had landed west/O landing clearance (untrue). We had taxied west/O taxi clearance (tech true). Operations personnel, later said that we were also alleged to have landed as another aircraft was rotating on takeoff (untrue). I could see the runway from the VOR. There seemed to be a great concern that, I or the aircraft or both would not be allowed to depart the next morning unless I called bog tower and apologized for my actions. By the time I arrived at operations, everything was reported to be ok. It was also reported to me that the tower said the aircraft taking off may have departed before I arrived. Additionally, the pilot in the jumpseat was on headphones and 'heard it the way we did.' he was also sure tower had cleared us to taxi. I'm not sure.

Title: FLT CREW APCHING FOREIGN ARPT ENCOUNTERED LANGUAGE PROBLEM. MAY HAVE MISSED A CLRNC AND FAILED TO REPLY TO A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.
Narrative: WE WERE CLRED FOR A STRAIGHT-IN APCH TO RWY 12 'RPT LEAVING THE BOG VOR.' AS WE SWUNG THE VOR, BOG APCH CALLED AND SAID, 'OBSERVE YOU LEAVING THE VOR, CALL TWR.' TWR INSTRUCTED US TO CONTINUE. LATER BOG TWR CLRED US TO LAND. BOTH CALLS REFERRED TO US AS ACR XXY EVEN THOUGH WE WERE XXX. I MADE SURE THAT THE F/O READ BACK ACR XXX. DURING ROLLOUT, BOG TWR REPEATED THE SAME QUESTION SEVERAL TIMES. WE WERE UNABLE TO UNDERSTAND THE QUESTION DUE TO A LANGUAGE PROB. AFTER LEAVING THE RWY, A JUMPSEAT RIDER (NATIVE OF COLUMBIA AND A NATIVE PLT) INDICATED THAT THE TWR WANTED TO KNOW IF WE WERE HAVING RADIO PROBS. DURING THE ENSUING CONVERATION, I TAXIED APPROX 500' AT A VERY SLOW RATE. I FINALLY HAD THE F/O ASK THE TWR IF WE WERE CLRED TO GND CTL. THE ANSWER WAS YES. UPON GND CTL CONTACT, A LIST OF ACCUSATIONS WAS RELAYED TO US. WE HAD NOT RPTED LEAVING THE BOG VOR (APCH HAD CALLED US WE WERE SWINGING THE VOR). WE HAD LANDED W/O LNDG CLRNC (UNTRUE). WE HAD TAXIED W/O TAXI CLRNC (TECH TRUE). OPS PERSONNEL, LATER SAID THAT WE WERE ALSO ALLEGED TO HAVE LANDED AS ANOTHER ACFT WAS ROTATING ON TKOF (UNTRUE). I COULD SEE THE RWY FROM THE VOR. THERE SEEMED TO BE A GREAT CONCERN THAT, I OR THE ACFT OR BOTH WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DEPART THE NEXT MORNING UNLESS I CALLED BOG TWR AND APOLOGIZED FOR MY ACTIONS. BY THE TIME I ARRIVED AT OPS, EVERYTHING WAS RPTED TO BE OK. IT WAS ALSO RPTED TO ME THAT THE TWR SAID THE ACFT TAKING OFF MAY HAVE DEPARTED BEFORE I ARRIVED. ADDITIONALLY, THE PLT IN THE JUMPSEAT WAS ON HEADPHONES AND 'HEARD IT THE WAY WE DID.' HE WAS ALSO SURE TWR HAD CLRED US TO TAXI. I'M NOT SURE.
