Narrative:
After executing the break from an ILS 1L approach at ict for equipment checks, I entered a right downwind to runway 19R. Down and locked gear checks were made at downwind to base, base to final and short final. T/D was at the first 500' of runway 19R. After T/D and all 3 gears were on the runway, I started lightly braking then recycled the landing gear selector switch instead of the flap selection switch. Check and select flap selector with an open hand using 1-2 fingers. Verify that the landing gear safety is operational.
