Narrative:

Current VFR sectional shows 46N; sky park; as a public use airport with paved 2;600 ft. Runway. Despite speaking with airport manager to confirm no parking fees two weeks prior to landing; today I received a call from the duchess county sheriff's office and an in-person visit from the houston police department for trespass. The developer which owns this airport has no familiarity with fars and; despite describing similar 'unauthorized landing' incidents; was completely unfamiliar with the process to re-chart this strip.
