Narrative:
While boarding flight; a toddler who was being carried by her mother put her hand on the top of the gate podium plexi-glass; and the glass came loose and fell. Luckily I was right there and able to catch the sheet of plexi-glass before it struck the mother or child. This could have caused injury.

Title: Customer Service employee reported having to catch the plexi-glass sheet from the podium after it became loose from it being touched by a toddler in the arms of an adult.
Narrative: While boarding flight; a toddler who was being carried by her mother put her hand on the top of the gate podium plexi-glass; and the glass came loose and fell. Luckily I was right there and able to catch the sheet of plexi-glass before it struck the mother or child. This could have caused injury.
