Narrative:
Multiple gliders maneuvering in the vicinity of 5c1; which happens to be on approximately a 15 mile for sat. The gliders do not call for service and have intermittent transponders that occasionally not show altitudes. Multiple arrivals required stop descents and vectors around glider activity. Recommend class B or at the very least a class C extension to protect arrivals from glider activity.
