Narrative:

The flight was a full flight. According to the policy seats xx 2/3 are supposed to be blocked due to the covid 19 pandemic. I realize that the company has to make a profit but not at the expense and of its passengers and employees. I felt that the aircraft did not conform to social distancing policy and guidelines per the cdc guidelines and company policy.I ask the gate agents to block these seats and they stated the flight was oversold and the aircraft would go out full. At this point I contacted our inflight support group and expressed my concerns. They advise write this safety report.comply with the cdc guidelines.
